Due to increasing costs in some essential overhead expenses, I have found it necessary to revise my pricing policy. The following prices will be in effect from 1 April 2010. CALL OUT: £30.00 to cover a period of one calendar month. LABOUR: £20.00 per hour. PARTS: Prices for parts as specified on work order are inclusive of V.A.T. at the current rate. 10% Discount for Gold Card holders in the Derbyshire area. See GOLD CARD directory issued by Derbyshire County Council On Saturdays no discount will be applied. Call out charge is not refundable and should be paid on the first visit to cover costs such as: Administration, travelling costs, insurance, loss of business where agreement terms are not honoured by the customer, etc. Call out charge covers a period of 1(one) month where DARS will come out as many times as necessary to complete the job and/or take on a new job if this can be completed within the one month period. DARS reserves the right to request an advance payment at their discretion of £200.00 prior to commencing any work and the difference will be charged or refunded on completion of the job requested. All work will be carried out on location unless where circumstances do not permit a successful completion of the job requested. Customers are advised that although every care will be taken to avoid accidental damage and to minimize disruption as much as possible our engineer is not trained or qualified to carry out dismantling and reassembly of adjacent units or to carry out temporary repairs therefore DARS cannot accept liability for damages occurring to areas that are not directly related to the type of repair in question. For the purpose of inspection and fault finding, 1 (one) hour labour charge will be applied for the removal and relocation of built in appliances. On requesting an engineer visit to repair a broken down appliance, customers are strongly advised to empty adjacent units in order to access the electricity supply and water connections. Labour and parts are guaranteed for 12 (twelve) months from date of invoice. Please be advised that some MODULES and electronic Printed Circuit Boards are not guaranteed by DARS No guarantee is applied to call out charges. Title to, or in, equipment or service supplied does not pass to the customer until full payment is received. Payment can be made by one of the following methods: CASH. CREDIT CARD: Visa, Master Card, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo For security reasons DARS will not file or store cardholder data in electronic format. All invoices are due for payment within 30 days of invoice date. Any invoice outstanding beyond this period will be referred to Daniels Silverman Limited and will be subject to a surcharge of 15% plus VAT to cover the collection costs incurred.
